[Rationale for the Classification] Based on (1), it was classified in Category 1B. Also, based on the new findings, the classification result was changed. [Evidence Data] (1) It was reported that, in a Local Lymph Node Assay (LLNA) (OECD TG 429, GLP) with mice (n=4), the Stimulation Index (SI values) were 2.99 (2.5%), 2.40 (5%), 1.90 (10%), 3.30 (25%), and 4.75 (50%). It was reported that, since no dose-response relationship was observed, a second counting was performed, and the SI values were 3.38 (2.5%), 2.40 (5%), 1.85 (10%), 3.58 (25%), and 4.77 (50%), and the EC3 value was approximately 2.5% (ECHA RAC Opinion (2018), CLH Report (2017), REACH registration dossier (Accessed Nov. 2021)).
