No effects were observed in dams at the lowest dose or in offspring at any dose. The authors concluded that tetramethyl-pyrazine had no reproductive or developmental effects" (JECFA 1032 (2002)).

In addition, there are no data on sexual function and fertility in male rats, therefore, it was classified as "Classification not possible."
