Moreover, in the 90-day oral study in dogs that received at the dose levels of 0, 30, 100 or 300 mg/kg/day, one dog of four died, and suppression in body weight gain and hematological effects were observed in 300 mg/kg/day group (Initial Environment Risk Assessment of Chemicals (Ministry of Environment), vol. 8 (2010)). Because each dose affected was beyond the range of the guidance values, the classification was equivalent to the "Not classified" category in oral route.
