In the inhalation exposure test in which rats were exposed to 0.76-3.91 mg/L concentrations of the substance for 4 hours, surviving rats showed abnormal breathing and sneezing, while decedent rats showed congestion of the lungs and increased lung weights (IUCLID (2000)).
