No evidence of fetal effects was seen in teratogenicity studies performed in rats and rabbits. In rat 2-generation reproduction studies, the gestational period and the number of newborn/live born-pups were slightly reduced, and there were decreases in viability index (F2) and female genital tubercle to vaginal opening distance (F1), and the occurrence of hypospadia (F2) at doses inducing a reduction in parental body weight gains.
